You don't say what browser you're using, but Netscape 4.x has problems with
lots of nested tables, and both IE and NS will take a long time on tables
w/o any width information. The reason for that is that they try to size the
columns to fit any images or long words. NS especially seems to build
tables slowly; even so, it's still my default browser because the IE
networking code still has some major suckage left.
