Nothing better for sales than being 'banned in Boston'...

I think someone has an overbroad reading of the CDA decision in that
last paragraph.

Subject: Boston mayor blocks library cyberporn

BOSTON, Feb. 12 (UPI) - The mayor of Boston has ordered that filters
be installed immediately on all computer terminals at the city's public
libraries to prevent children from accessing pornography over the
Internet.
Mayor Thomas Menino took the action Wednesday as concerned parents
went before the Boston City Council to complain their children were
clicking on sexually explicit web sites while supposedly surfing for
homework help.
City Councilor Maureen E. Feeney asked the council to schedule a
hearing to determine how students' access to sexually graphic materials
can be limited.
Police and councilors say they have received numerous complaints from
concerned parents.
The Boston Public Library and its 26 branches have been equipped with
Internet access for the past 18 months.
Libraries elsewhere around the nation have been struggling with the
same question.
Library officials note the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia ruled
last year that the government could not force libraries to censor
materials on the Internet, because that would violate the First
Amendment rights of children.
