1. To first order, what are the differences between running people
and running livestock on your ranchland? (cf. Orwell)

2. I used to call Reston, VA, "Irvine with trees", but I believe
Reston predates Irvine, and may have inspired the original master
plan. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
