Slashdot is certainly in that space, plus it has a rewards system
of sorts (if you count not being filtered-out by others' filters as
a reward - not much feedback). Uses RDF too, though perhaps not as
effectively as it could - little inter-article linking.
Deja.com, ThirdVoice, and CritLink are all similar efforts, though
none of them have any form of currency that I'm aware of. They
should increase their stickiness by allowing the rating of raters.
