Well, I decided to put in two really high bids, IMHO: 193003, and 197425
(~$4,000 each). I lost, so this implies a *minimum* of a quarter-million
miles per winning bid. In short, UA was correct to believe that the rich
will bid high and cleared 12-15 million miles off the market in a single
go. Amazing.
