Postal absurdities calendar

[For a variety of long reasons, I've been buried deep within the
Postal Service regulatory labyrinth. 1) I'm horrifed at this fascist
Private Mail Box scheme -- to have a box at Mail Boxes Etc or any
other Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, within six months every
holder MUST file a form 1583 with two forms of ID and real address;
or if a company, countersigned by an officer AND the mail must now
have a "PMB ###" like "PO BOX", destroying the whole professional
image & security from stalkers -- to be enforced on pain of mail
returned undelivered. The form itself is a stultifyingly Orwellian
thing that can be released to almost anyone and seems plain wrong. 2)

Special Cancellation Die Hubs
Postmasters and plant managers who have any of the
special cancellation die hubs listed below may use them for
the periods designated. At the end of the period, these die
hubs must be withdrawn and stored. Postmasters and plant
managers who do not have these special die hubs may not
request them from the sponsors.
