I actually have Windows 2.11 running in the lab, and yes, it overlaps
windows. Its windows are created non-overlapped by default; I had to
maximize each (I started notepad and reversi, I couldn't find solitaire) and
then tried alt-tab to make sure it worked before I posted to this list of
ANAL RETENTIVE personalities that has way too many Europeans on it anyway.
