For those of you unfamiliar with the SPECINT testing this is the standard
performance test for raw CPU power. Sort of like the DYNO test for
automobile engines. Of course an UltraSparc 170 running Solaris will out
perform a Mac PPC 200 running MacOS or a P-Pro running Win'95 configured as
a Internet WWW server. So a high SPECINT only matters as a raw test of CPU
power.

(apologies to those of you that don't need the explanation)
