My early crashes we attributed to a window modifying extension writen by
some 15 year old kid in high school. I removed it and all crashes stopped.
I then hacked up my own version and everything is working fine. (hey, so
I'm lazy, shoot me)
Everything seems to be working just fine, with the possible exception of
the Avery Label Printing DA. It wants to quit with a Type 1 (out of memory)
error.
So to k.i.s.s. this is by far not only one of the fastest Mac's around (my
200 mhz card is on order, as is another 32 meg of RAM bringing up to 128
megs) but by far the most stable. I plugged in a Video camera, turned it
on, and by the time I walked around to the monitor there was video on the
screen. Everything works as promised and again the most amazing thing is it
is rock solid.
So if you hear anyone talking about crashing Mac's feel free to relate this
little story.
