that global ecommerce specialist David Manion has joined the =
Consortium's executive team as Director of Strategic Partnerships. He =
will be responsible for the overall growth and management of =
CommerceNet's new Global Electronic Commerce Electronic Financial Issues =
Portfolio, as well as the development of CommerceNet's global alliances.
"David's extensive experience in business development and global =
eCommerce issues will strengthen CommerceNet's ability to address the =
needs of its Membership," said Randy Whiting, President and CEO.
Prior to joining CommerceNet, Manion was Managing Director of Global =
Business Development at EDS. While at EDS, he worked closely with =
CommerceNet, directing their Global eCommerce Forum (CeCF)initiative.
Manion received his BBA in finance at the University of Notre Dame and =
completed his MBA in Finance from Northeastern University.
