I meant that primarily from the populist point-of-view. "Obstruction of
justice" is an abstract and poorly- understood concept for the layman.
All of the discussion I've heard on this, from people on the right and
the left, is that the "unforgivable offense" is perjury. If that's
unclear, if the Slick Willie charisma wins through, I think he's off the
hook even with some of his stauncher opponents.
Further, from a legal perspective it will be necessary to prove
"obstruction of justice" in context; I believe that the context
dictates that this isn't a "high crime and misdemeanor."
