Actually, based on the MCI experience, I think you want to invite =
him there to stay with the prior owners BEFORE you buy, and have =
him leave before you sell.

Hmmm, lessee... My MCI stock is climbing nicely, becoming a nice
downpayment on a house. Rohit joins MCI, my stock plunges, I start
considering a nice double-wide trailer. Rohit quits MCI, my stock
