Do you mean the modules? But these are meaningless without the Apache
framework to be components of, so doesn't that dilute your argument?
There's still an authority or small group of authorities which
determines the API that the mods rely on, isn't there?
Or are there mods complex enough, and bazaarish enough that you'd
present them as examples in their own right?
