ISTR that, just before the release of the Mozilla source, JWZ made pretty
much the same point, and said that was one of the primary reasons that the
NPL came into being.
I can't seem to find a cite on deja - does anybody have a copy of the
message ? From memory, it was on netscape.public.mozilla.general, and the
actual words were something on the lines of "The real
reason..... .....our lawyers are more expensive than their (FSF's) lawyers."
