For real. Hopefully "they" will take advantage of programs that will help
them get jobs and/or go to school, so "they" don't have to be part of the
"them" that's dependant on the system. Having once been part of "them," I
can honestly say that I don't understand why people stay in that state of
poverty "just because it's what their mothers did."
