B of A sucks. They suck suck suck suck suck.

I was oh so happy to pay off my mortgage with them. And oh so happy
yesterday to close out my account (which took two waits in line, one phone
call from inside the branch, a huge wait for the cash, a frantic search by
the staff for my signature card [???], etc.).

I really don't like B of A.
