The other part of Wintel also has had a pretty nasty bug discovered
recently --- there is apparently a bug in IE4.0 involving a buffer
overrun for res://... less-than-Universal Resource Locators greater
than 256 characters in length. Combine this with the f00f bug, and
it should be reasonably easy to produce a *killer* web page. See
