The deviation between machines is pretty huge so far. The deviation between
machines and humans-without-a-purpose is accuracy - the voting machine industry
has said over and over that humans are more accurate than the kind of machines
they have in FL.
The deviation between machines and humans-with-a-purpose is a different issue.
You are implying that the vote counters are partisan. I think that is unlikely,
since the counting teams are evenly split between Republicans and Democrats, and
both sides get to see every ballot.
