florida is archaic - we use a stylus to stab our cards and sometimes the
little hole doesn't fall out. after a recount today gore picked up over 200
votes in west palm absentee ballots previously counted as no-vote when during
the second counting the holes fell out. :-)
i am embarrassed to be a floridian sometimes.
