UC Irvine get Broadcom money

UCI gets record $20M donation; Broadcom's co-founder will aid
our engineering program. In recognition of the gift, the school
will be called the Henry Samueli School of Engineering. Silly UCI,
I wouldn't have let it go for anything less than $100M *and*
make him sign an exclusivity agreement not to give UCLA anything.
