All three are by Michael Everson. I hope all three are accepted in
some form.
(Everson has also written the proposals for a variety of old, but
natural scripts, including the Old Persian and Ugaritic cuneiforms, and
798 "Basic Egyptian Hieroglyphics". All are "Under Consideration."
There's another set of 4872 hieroglyphic characters that have not yet
been put into a proposal.)
