Dear Sirs,
I recently read your article on CNN.com about the launch of the
WebPC site. http://www.cnnfn.com/1999/11/30/companies/wires/dell_wg/

On my first visit, I received the following error message:

http://www.dell.com/html/us/webpc/index.htm
> Thanks for visiting webpc.com.

> You have arrived at this page because of one of the following reasons:

I am running Netscape 4.7 with Javascript enabled, so all of your error
messages are incorrect. Further, I am running this configuration on a Dell
Inspiron 7000 under Windows 98 SE.

As I did reach this page in error, I procedded to "click here"
to return to the Webpc.com home page. Doing this resulted in the second
battery of incorrect messages:

Going to Netscape's smart update page, I found that I actually DO have the latest
flash plug-in installed and, further, it works correctly on other Flash-enabled sites.

Proceeding to the HTML only site, I was then able to view your product information
including Javascript and Javascript behaviors.

Based on this experience, I would like to nominate your site to the TBTF
Exclusionary hall of fame. http://tbtf.com/exclusionary.html

Thanks,

Greg
