Nokia Shows WML Authoring Tool, Bluetooth Demo at Comdex
Nokia Oyj has teamed up with Macromedia Inc to produce a visual authoring
tool for WML, the wireless markup language used in WAP applications.
Macromedia is developing WML objects for its Dreamweaver authoring tool, due
in the first quarter of 2000, which will be available for free download from
the Macromedia and Nokia web sites. The firms are demonstrating the tool at
Comdex this week. Nokia is also demonstrating a Bluetooth-enabled mobile
phone at the trade show. The 6190 handset is equipped with a special
'Bluetooth battery' that allows it to transfer names and addresses to and
