Centurion rocks. Concierge and travel agents are best I've worked with,
consistently. Out of curiosity, I'll call and see whether they will courier
or FedEx to hotel.

Merrill Lynch has a platinum with really nice concierge customer service - 
unlike AMEX, about whom I have heard nothing but complaints of late.
