Dan,
We recently acquired a company with a Web site, and as a result our
technical work load has more than doubled.  The problem is that my Web
team is difficult to scale.


I am looking for a seasoned group of Web developers to take over the
technical side for us.  They need to be willing to adapt to our
environment (our dynamic mechanism for page serving is Java servlets,
which seems to me to be a great way to go, but it might get resistance
from some die-hard Perl jocks).  Do you know any folks who fit that
bill?  Anyone from your NetMarket days looking for a new gig?
