I don't know, I think that would be something Microsoft couldimplement if they
weren't asked/told. Shenyang has this fantastic
pseudo-Russian history story whereby the Aryans were made
to rent instead of own; in one variation, the town molded up
while everyone took a mandatory vacation and was impossible
to burn.

That would be New for user interfaces.
