Word ate my homework

I AM SO LIVID! This fucking piece of Microshit Word ate FOUR HOURS of my
editing this lousy copy and just let it vanish into thin air. I've had to
recreate my edits from scratch. I had set the thing to autosave every 10
min, but it just plain DIDN'T -- for the first time. AND, it doesn't keep
keystroke logs for HTML document editing (only .doc)! I split windows so I
could see my version of reconstructing Mark's AWFUL, NONEXISTENT outline,
and from that point on, it failed to make copies. Wham! It's bad enough
dealing with chronically buggy software, but they you learn to be paranoid.
Working with occasionally buggy software like Word just leads to
catastrophic failure, because user expectations have been violated.
PS. Reminders that I should install Linux on my laptop and run emacs will
be sent to /dev/null.
