>From now on, Jenny Craig Inc. must warn consumers its weight loss
methods are usually only temporary, the federal government said
Thursday. The provision is one of several announced by the Federal
Trade Commission settling deceptive advertising charges brought
against the weight loss company in 1993. Past ads suggested dieters
could lose all the weight they wanted for $49, although the actual
costs could run into hundreds of dollars. Jenny Craig must end that
