Okay, I know y'all are sick of trying out lame telnets for Win95/NT, but
http://www.frw.uva.nl/users/mars/Software/crt.html is actually the best
telnet I've found so far ... it even handles resize right if you are
talking to an intelligent telnetd. (If you're not, then you have to use
good old `eval resize`.)
