Didn't have time to really do the slow-cook thing out on the pit out
back, but I sprinkled some Colgin-brand "Liquid Hickory Smoke" on 'em
just to get a taste... Tim, I dunno what your thinking, but it *really*
doesn't make them taste any better. Any better ideas? Should I try
mesquite?
