Bzzzzt. Old bits (like, at least a week old). The p5p people don't
seem too upset about it...

Besides that, Active State has had a perl port for M$ for quite some
time. It's not that they're just now porting it, it's that they've
agreed to tweak it in various ways that'll make it more usable for M$
users.
