Also, ABC News online claims that it shows a procedural violation
as the basis of the appeal and that this particular case will
be superseded by the broader antitrust inquiry.
Like Clinton, it is hard to make a case that the determination
of one procedural issue in their favor is grounds for vindicating
them for everything they've ever done.
That, and attack and mischaracterize the accusers.
