There is a working Playstation emu for win platforms already. It was done,
as are most emus, by unpaid hobby emuers. So if a real company wanted to
do this with some cash behind it I dont see why it should be a problem.

The winN64 emu project is hitting a few snags, more legal than anything. I
could see how if a major player was courting nintendo for the rights to
emu they would realy not want a freebe emu passing the rounds.

Now if apple wanted to realy kick some booty they would get in touch wiht
the folks doing MAME, the apple ][ emus, just to mention a few..and have a
system of all systems.
