I think the federal government should pass a law making
all email to a minor illegal if they haven't already.
Thinking about it, anything you say can be misinterpreted,
so they might as well control and regulate the whole mess.
That and make sure they all have national ID cards clearly
identifying them as minors; also, turn them all into good
little citizens to report anyone that tells them they can't
stay up past their bedtime or go to a PG-13, R, or NC-17 movie.
