Not so fast: duplicating a key to State property is a misdemeanor -- and the
state regulates locksmiths particularly tightly here.

However, it is a standard Schlage bank -- and I spied a spankin' new *self-service* key duplicating kiosk at the 24-hour Sav-On near South Coast Plaza... :-)
