By the time DOJ get wind of it, they'll have taking over networking
completely and then the:

if (strlen(mach) >= 7 && !strcmp(mach+strlen(mach)-7, "doj.gov")) {
/* Route the packet to spyhost.microsoft.com */
...
}

code will kick in and settle the problem.
