Seriously, this sounds like a fascinating background. As I see it, the PhD is
a doctorate of philosophy, and that's what computing doesn't have enough of:
an understanding of the philosohical challenges of mirroring human relations
in silico.

Something about myself:
I studied Computer Science, graduated in 1994 on Artificial Intelligence
(spec. Case-Based Reasoning)
I work as a Software Developer at the department 'Computer & Letteren'
(Computer and Humanities) of the Utrecht University.
Project I recently did:
- - creating cdrom's with art / historical information and an advanced search
engine (the DISKUS project)
- - The past year I have on and off been working on a valiating SGML editor
