Tss, there is at least a good implementation that will serve the right
negotiated resource in disconnected mode. Handling a Vary like a no-cache
is wrong, at least caching the result and always trying to do a
If-None-Match with the list of already cached variants...
Also, conneg works better when the user can modify at least some of the
defaults headers, like Accept-Language...
