Support for free software

Hi folks,

I was curious - do any of the Linux distributors provide free support if you
purchase a Red Hat CD, even just installation help by email? If not, how
much does it cost to get help (assuming newsgroups and email lists aren't
enough for you)?

And how does that stack up against what Sun or other UNIX vendors provide?
