Actually, we're pretty much there already. After the tobacco companies
and breast-implant makers capitulated, the lawyers started tripping
over each other to find the next legal product to sue into oblivion.
Now cities are suing gun makers for costs associated with people
mis-using their products.
Can't wait till the states start suing car makers for clean up costs,
cutlery companies for emergency services related to stabbing deaths,
monitor companies for eye-strain costs, etc.
