Besides, the technical aspects of the subject (will) have been covered quite
adequately. I will only recall a bit of legalese from the late 60s/early 70s
that always seemed misplaced/underutilized to me, back in the days when the
term CD meant something not so musical (unless low single digit income rates
are music to you).
