The firearm knowledge is a bonus. At least, I don't remember mentioning it
while interviewing. Anyway, I'm just here for the summer (in the office
next to Adam's as it so happens) and I think they've given up on
assimilating me.
In another branch of this thread the increasing power of corporations came
up. This is the subject of Richard Powers's latest book, _Gain_, which I
recently finished and highly recommend. Powers is one of the best writers
