Welcome to 9 Hamlin. I actually don't know whether I'm staying in Boston or
leaving 100% yet, but I am sure I would prefer to transfer ownership of a
great many furnishings at the house rather than move them.
Let me try to group what's available:
Basic furniture bundle ("big stuff")
1. Sofabed
2. Single bed (Serta perfect sleeper)
3. Utility desk (4x8 ft)
Office furniture
4. two-drawer metal filing cabinet
5. corner unit workstation table
Bookcases
6. 8 ft x 3 ft black unit (pantry)
7. 8 ft x 5 ft white ikea shelves
8. 4 ft x 4 ft half-bookshelf
Drawers
9. three-drawer nightstand
10. four-drawer chest
11. multipurpose black metal storage unit (kitchen)
Carts
12. TV cart
13. mesh wire cart
14. 4 ft rolling table/cart
Lamps
15. Black halogen tochiere
16. White halogen torchiere
17. 6 ft dual-tube flourescent worklamp
Appliances
18. Small refrigerator
19. Small microwave oven
20. Air conditioner, suitable for one room
Misc.
Broom, ironing board, drying rack, cleaning supplies, boat poster in the
bathroom, etc.
Now, I don't know what kind of price to put on this stuff. In general, the
further down the list, the more particular I am about how much I paid for
them originally (less depreciation). 1-3 I bought from the previous
occupant; the rest is 'mine'.
Also, I'll break out stuff that Friends of Rohit Khare (FoRKers) would
rather have, like the A/C or the computer desk unit, TV, VCR, etc.
Please feel free to make a deal: call me anytime at 617/960-5131 and leave
me a message; the system will page me and I'll get back to you.
I'd like to have all this settled by the beginning of next week.
Welcome,
Rohit Khare
