It's a good idea however the Napster doesn't have any control over MP3s.
The MP3 files reside on user machines and different users have different
software packages and ways of creating their MP3 files. Perhaps this is
something that would best be handled by the Moving Picture Experts Group
(an ISO/IEC working group) who originated the MP3 standard. Actually, it
looks like the MPEG is working on a Multimedia Content Description
