Just came across www.e-quill.com . They have an Internet Explorer plug-in
that allows you to mark up a Web page. If you want to send the markup to
another person, the plug-in copies the page's content and markings to their
server, and then sends the URL to that server to your recipients.

Aside from the relatively bizarre security model (i.e. it's in the T & Cs
for their services that you ought to be a good boy), I can't figure out how
they expect to make any money. No ads, no fees, no storage charges -- am I
missing something?
