Changes:
Polymorphic function handlers to allow nodes to proxy requests that they
don't fully support.
Creating and plugging in function handlers is significantly easier.
Transport handlers are easier to use and more powerful.
Scripting via config files.
General bug fixes and cleanup. Installation should be easier.
Command line UI.
