and MSFT is correct, since the results will change as the world changes. I
tell people who ask about what education their children should have that they
want to study languages. I then give them examples of languages: English,
Math, Computing, Music, Biology, History (and Japanese, Hungarian, French,
etc)--all of which, I think, should be approached as languages, as ways of
thinking, expressing, and interpreting.
