Also, from the June issue of RedHerring, Ben Way, the founder of
WaySearch.com, a United Kingdom-based search engine, has some
interesting clauses in his VC agreement:

"...his venture-capital funding contract stipulates that he's not
allowed to drink, change his appearance, or have sex..."

So make sure you and Rohit read the fine print... :)
