NSI apparently does it again..

I registered some domains back in February, when NSI were
apparently starting to make their changes, and I haven't
been invoiced yet. After various snoopings around, I
think it's because they've got namespace problems.

No, not that namespace -- category namespace. My handle is
"KAC" and their procedures don't appear to be able to
disambiguate it; they always regard it as though it's a
prefix.
