this may be a lame addendum to that last post, but...
molly shaffer vanhouweling happens to be my sister, and the smartest
person i've ever known. she's in her last semester at harvard law
specializing in net law and serving as one of the editors of the
harvard journal of law and technology. i'd watch for her name. like i
said, she's smart, real smart.
